Basham Rentals owns and manages 34 student apartment buildings near the campus of Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. They have been a favorite of Purdue students for over 35 years because of the closeness to Purdue academic buildings and to social places popular with students.

Basham Rentals buildings include an array of apartment types, including Studio apartments, 1 bedroom apartments, 2 bedroom apartments, 3 bedroom apartments and 4 bedroom apartments. Some of the 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom apartments are two story townhouses.  All are convenient to Purdue and within walking distance of academic buildings and the Purdue Village retail district.
